Steven is very professional and genuinely cares about his clients. I always felt like he was working hard to maximize the quality of our final product while helping to minimize our costs. He also made the whole process seem easy as he managed almost everything down to the finest detail. It was a pleasure working with Steven and his people. If I have any more issues in the future as a homeowner, he will be the one I call.

In the beginning (08/11/20) very kind, confident, organized and reassuring. I hired him to take lead negotiating thru the needs of our disaster recovery. First and foremost roof replacement (or what is left of my roof). His business card said “Design to Completion Project Management.” Residential Custom homes and Condos, Additions and Renovations /Roofing. He promised a new roof by Friday 08/21/20. I happily signed a contract despite the review. I really believed, his knowledge out weighed one bad review. WARNING it does not. What the one negative review outlined, is exactly what we experienced. Only difference. 08/19/20. I terminated our contract, he admitted we would not be getting our roof in 2 days. Additional red flags. I have secured all contractors for my recovery needs. Water mitigation, demolition, waste removal, insulation replacement, drywall, mudding, painting, gutters, siding and windows. With each day that passed Steve encouraged me to “reach out“ secure my own said contractors for faster results. I’m very disappointed. This is why I hired him. As of 08/18/20. Steve stated, “inside home stuff is not in my wheels house.” If you have resources please contact them. Set up and provide them with my contact information.” I feel lucky we identified the short falls before it was to late. Ask lots of questions. Keep a log and don’t be afraid to ask additional questions for clarification down the road. It was the clarification questions that alerted us to the problem.

Aesthetic Elements was a wonderful company to work with when getting our new roof and gutters. They were very helpful answering any questions we had and even helped contact our insurance company. The crew was on time the day the work was done and respectful of our property. I would highly recommend Aesthetic Elements to all our family and friends!

We had to reroof after hail damage from a storm. Aesthetic Elements was prompt and professional. Every one I talked to on their team was courteous. When the job was done their cleanup was thorough. The roof looks great, we have gotten multiple compliments on it.

My girlfriend and I had quite a bit of hail damage done to our home back in April from a nasty storm. Through insurance, we were able to get a new roof and we were put in touch with Aesthetic Elements. Really nice guy and responsive before the work was done.nnWhen the work started, it was okay, wasn't AE Incs employees as it was another sub, which is fine. Quality was okay. They left A LOT on our roofs in terms of tools, extra materials. They still haven't finished. It's been quite the frustrating ride so far. Would glad change my review once this all gets worked out, but we are going on 4 weeks without hearing a thing.
