Waterloo Bicycle Works

Waterloo Bicycle Works wanted to make sure it was the correct bike for my daughter over getting the sale. Spent time making sure everything was setup and adjusted correctly, patient with everyone test riding the bike. Recommend and will be back for our next bike purchase.

Very nice folks. Did a great job on my bike. I needed two tires and during covid that is no small deal. They found 2 tires with just the right tread. Got them delivered promptly. The bad news was not their fault ... Bike tires are very expensive right now.

Great store and they were super nice and very helpful. Bought a bike and a few accessories. One of the things I bought was in the way of a the rear reflector so they put a new different one for free.

We rented bikes from them and had a great time riding the bike trails around Waterloo. In fact, it was a highlight of our vacation! The owners were very friendly & quite accommodating. My family and I would do it again. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Got my old bike fixed up with a little upgrade and for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend going here!
