Hy-Vee Pharmacy

They do not want to help new customers, spoke to a gal this morning, she was very annoyed by me and extremly rude made it clear she did not want to help me. Decided to go to Walgreens.

Zero stars should be a rating option. Consistently out of monthly filled medications, consistently not filling orders in the time stated for pick up, consistently can not find prescriptions on file and previously filled, can not keep insurance info straight. The most inefficient, unorganized and unapologetic pharmacy I have ever done business with. We have had no problems since changing and my family and friends are making the switch also.

Hy-vee is a good place to go for me. I live just across the street from them. Good location for me. The pharmacy people are polite and really fast for me.

Would give them negative stars if possible. They have screwed up my medication 20 times now - guess this isn't baseball where 3 strikes they are out. They have screwed up the payment, their recorded quantity, or any number of things

Rude and unorganized- consistently created unparalleled anxiety in my life to the point where I'll be switching pharmacies, to anywhere but the Hyvee Pharmacy on University avenue.
