Excellent customer service brings customers back time after time. The sales staff here is very helpful! They are so knowledgeable and definitely go above & beyond. Every employee we encountered was making eye contact & offering assistance. We drove 2 1/2 hours to shop here on Saturday, September 5, 2020 & it was a great day trip for us. Great and friendly staff. Was on vacation and they were very helpful in obtaining temporary Iowa fishing license and then a rod and reel setup. I will go back on my next trip.....the staff really gets it.

I made an order via telephone to have an item transferred to a store near me. Everyone was so friendly and helpful . They were courteous and explained the process of purchasing and how to pick up my item very clearly. This was an item I really wanted and was delighted at how fast the process was and how reasonable the price was, too.

Scheel's employee Eric was so helpful and went out of his way to find an item I was looking for and needed the same day I went in there. The item was not on the shelf, but he took the time to go look in the back room and got me exactly what I was looking for. I love shopping places with great customer service! Thank you Eric!!!

Met a fella named Eric G. Who helped us out. Super kind fella who knew his way around jackets I'll tell ya. Would definitely recommend the place if you need some more long lasting clothing.
