Unfortunately trying to work with the company was extremely difficult. We needed a siding repair quote possibly to close on a house and Klaus seemed very open to helping us. Scheduled a day/time to come out and when they didn’t show we called and they claimed they couldn’t come out with homeowners permission. Standing next to homeowner gave him permission to come to the property so rescheduled another day/time. They finally went out and looked at what needed to be repaired but it took over a week to hear from them and then when we set up a date to meet in person at their office to go over the quote we were called the morning of to cancel because they did not have a satellite image of the property. So another week goes by and my husband is on the way to our rescheduled appointment and gets the call again to cancel. He said no I’m coming in to get the quote. He gets there and they will not give him a quote for just the repair and only for a full residing job. And said cannot give the quote until they get the satellite image. Extremely frustrated we wait for the email for the quote and have yet to receive one two weeks later. How this company expects to do business is beyond us. We ended up finding another company who was able to give us a quote and within a week and is set up to do the work once we close on the property.

Called for an estimate for replacing the roof. The sales person who came out was very professional and very knowledgeable. Great experience. Highly recommend

In the process Of having new shingles on my roof and they did not even fix the main issue on why I hired them in the first place .. its going on 3 months and I have to keep calling just to find out they did not place the order for the windows and had another guy come out and measure the windows once again.Once Mike measured the windows he said he will have someone out to finish the roof and nobody came and he said a lady would be calling me to talk about the cost and schedule the window insulation and nobody called me. I had to call once again to find out that they have to wait for the windows to come in, Just wish they could of at least gave me a call to keep me posted. I WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN !

Can't say I was blown away by the installation, they had to come back and replace some rotted decking they installed over. However, to their credit after sending them pictures of my concerns they were back out within a week. After that experience I do get the feeling if I have any further problems with the roof in the future they will honor their warranty.nnIf you do decide to go with them and you know you have a problem area somewhere on your roof just make sure you make it explicitly clear to the site foreman before they start so it does not get overlooked.

Now I know why his Nick name is Klaus the louse , horrible workmanship , poor quality products ,home owners beware. Klaus the louse.
