I LOVE my new metal roof and I'm extremely happy that I called East Coast Metal Roofing to handle my project. My sales agent Chris Lackey was very proficient and educated me so much on the metal roofing. The best part is that I will NEVER have to replace my roof again. He was also very detailed on what was next and what to expect. The roof installers were awesome and not only worked fast but detailed. They were out here early morning until the last sunlight. We just had a metal roof installed on our home. From the initial estimate to job completion I cannot say enough good things about this company . Kyle’ presentation on the initial visit actually sealed the deal for us. He answered every possible question before I could even ask it. The product they offer was beyond our expectations. The crew that came to do our roof respected our property like it was their own. They worked non stop from the time they arrived til the time they left. Our roof was completed in 2 days and that included stripping it in 30 degree weather. Impressive is all I can say. I would highly recommend this company and their product to anyone and everyone. Best of all it comes with a lifetime warranty!!!

From our initial meeting with Andrew, to chatting with Shaun on the first day of work, and communicating with the roofers both days of work we have nothing but positive comments. Emmanuel and four installers worked diligently. (One of the neighbors even commented to us on how hard they worked!) Dave Harrison at East Coast Metal Roofing was very professional and easy to work with. We originally decided to replace just the roof that was failing and then decided to replace the whole roof at one time. Dave was great with making the contract changes and scheduling the full job. I’m so glad we replaced the full roof as it looks great. The whole roofing team was professional and efficient. Not only does the roof look great but the snow comes off without having to rake or shovel. We were looking for roof options other than Asphalt due to the low pitch of our roof and ice dams in the winter and wanted no more shoveling of snow every storm. We saw a house with a new metal roof and the East Coast Roofing sign. When we called, we were immediately given a appointment with Andrew Bousquet the product specialist. Andrew spent several hours with us, assessed our roof and discussed in detail what they had to offer for metal roofing and the benefits of their product. He was very knowledgeable about the product and what needed to be done to strengthen the roof and eliminate ice dams. Andrew communicated with us every step of the way, letting us know when product was arriving, and when the Bahtier and his crew would be on site to strip the roof and shingle. The crew sent were polite, respectful of us and our home and very hard workers. They left the site everyday clean and picked up. We found them to be efficient and professional.nWe would highly recommend ECMR. The shingle is lightweight, looks beautiful and has a lifetime warranty. The cost is much more than an asphalt shingle, but in the long run it will be more cost effective as we won't need to replace the roof again in 20 years. I would also recommend asking for Andrew Bousquet the Product Specialist. He did an amazing job showing us the product and answering my many questions. Oh, and when it rains, you don't hear it.
