Great experience with Andrew at Putnam Cyclery. My wife and I drove from RI and were fitted for our new Gravel Bikes. Very patient and knowledgeable staff. Answered all our questions and never rushed us. Nice selection even with Covid Issues. Have returned there several times since for new Saddles etc. They will make sure you are pleased with your purchase. Highly recommended.
Multiple bad experiences here. Not sure why there are so many good reviews. The owner is disrespectful and doesn't seem to care about the customer. I've taken my bike here several times over the past 6 years and my bike has always had issues after. They are slow and inexperienced. A simple rear derailleur adjustment they charge over $20 for and the derailleur still ends up shifting rough. Do not recommend.
Always a positive experience. Great crew, attention to detail and attentive to you and your biking needs. Now if only I won the lottery for more bikes....
Brought my son's bike there today with a flat and needing gear adjustment. Willing to do it on the spot and did a great job. Will definitely go back for a full tune up in the near future. Have other bikes that will get tuned up as well. Thanks for a job well done!
