Traveling during the pandemic, you never know what to expect when booking a room at a hotel. Upon arrival, Ravinesh was welcoming and explained how things worked so I knew what to expect during my 5 night stay. Later that evening when I was returning with a colleague, he introduced us to Curt who worked the overnight shift. Between the both of them, we could sense their welcoming smile from behind their mask and they were both very helpful in making sure our stay was safe and pleasant. Curt even made sure that there was a fresh pot of coffee waiting for us prior to the normal 6am breakfast time.
The best hotel we have stayed at in Fargo. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Service was great and a rates were reasonable. Will definitely stay there again when coming back to Fargo!
Awesome hotel. I worked nights. So had to check in early in the morning. They got me checked in quickly and very clean and quiet rooms. Wonderful staff as well
DO NOT STAY HERE!!nHORRIBLE! I’ve never written a review before. But this place needs one!nFirst of all they charged me for 3 nights stay for 2 nights. Said they’d refund the extra night. Didn’t happen.n$40 for incidentals was charged. Said it’d be refunded. Never happened.nUpon checkout they said I still owed a balance of $127. I said no way. They actually owe me a refund. She claimed she didn’t know how to do it, she would take my email and send me a receipt. Didn’t happen.nWoke up this morning, with another charge of $4.95. And an email saying they’re going to charge me another $250 for garbage in the room.nPLUS THE MANAGER RAVINESH, was a total creep!! Kept coming to my room “because my phone was off the hook”. It was after 9pm. I had children with me. And would stop me in the parking lot.
Ravinesh was amazing, he was very accommodating by allowing me to check in early and check out late and he made sure i had everything i needed. The entire stay was a lot better because treats you like family.
