Residence Inn by Marriott Fargo

Room was awesome for 5 people. But the fold out couch bed had dirty sheet on it and popcorn on it and under it and whiskey bottle visible when folding it out. But front desk apologized and cut my room rate so that was very nice of them.

Room was great - clean and comfortable.nBreakfast was a poor excuse and poorly run.nThe front desk staff were cold and unfriendly.

Very nice very upscale, customer service is off the charts. Rooms are comfortable and accommodating.

It wasn’t clean!! So disappointing to go to such a highly rated hotel only to find your room serviced so poorly. Toilet paper stuck the rim of the toilet, dried egg on the burner, some funky goop in the sink and a bonus pack of steamed vegetables in the fridge.nnI hope my experience is the exception because the staff is friendly and the hotel is pretty cool overall.
