James took my reservation. He answered the Phone with a happy greeting. Our room was clean. The bed was so comfortable I slept amazing. The price was great and it also allowed our dog in the room.The covid breakfast had granola bar, muffin, and your choice ud83cudf4eorud83cudf4a. Will stay there again ud83dude01

Very clean, awesome beds roomy rooms, great pool, and an awesome staff!! Near everything you need. Will definitely be staying here again

Needed a place to stay in Fargo after a long drive and found Kelly Inn online. Booked on their website which was convenient and easy to use. Fair price, bagged to-go breakfasts (no open breakfast because of COVID which is okay with me), and there was a very nice front desk employee upon my arrival. Unfortunately, I couldn’t give it all the stars I wanted because there were little things missed around the room, which led me to believe the staff didn’t put much attention into cleaning. I know a lot of places are short staffed and employees are under strange conditions because of the pandemic, but it is so important, now more than ever, to keep things VERY clean. I hope my room was just an anomaly at Kelly Inn. Please please make sure cleaning protocols are being followed.

Booked through hotels.com prepaidnThe night front desk guy said he had nothing from Hotels.com. I gave him the confirmation number. And showed him my paid receipt, he said there is nothing he could do for me and that I should talk to Hotels.com. While I was waiting another person tried to check in with a Hotels.com reservation he told him the same thing. This front desk person at the Kelly inn on 13th ave in Fargo, ND was the most unprofessional costumer service I have received in a long time. We stayed at the Fargo inn and suites same price it was nice and service was great and they are pet friendly.

Great place for families convenient location close to the pharmacy and retail grocery stores and the mall.
