Clubhouse Hotel & Suites

This was my wow factor. I got a good deal online and my stay here was to short. Fell in love all over again with my wife. I relaxed in my room. Breakfast was good even during this covid time staff was very accommodating. Will spend the money to stay here again.

Wasn't as pleased with this place as I was online. Great location and things look really nice. However, or shower was dirty and the walls are kinda of hear through. Could hear the TV next door. The staff were friendly. And they did a decent job with a COVID breakfast. But over all I don't believe I would stay again. Which makes me sad because it is in a GREAT spot!

Recommended by wife who has used thru work. I was pleased. Close to everything we were doing. I would recommend it to anyone and I would go there again. Clean and in good repair. Nice big and comfortable room with 2 TVs for the 4 of us. Pool was decent and breakfast was as expected. Not bad on price.

The night we arrived, our room door didn’t work. After getting our keys reprogrammed and brand new keys, we told them that the electric door lock was dead. The front desk didn’t believe us and was able to let us into our room with their key after multiple tries saying it had a low battery. All they said was “we’ll send maintenance to look at it in the morning.” Okay, sure.nnFast forward to 9:30 last night, my family, including my 9 week old baby returned from a wedding to find our door not working again. The front desk couldn’t get in, and had no way to get in because maintenance apparently has the ONLY key to get in and they refused to come in until 7am. We had a 6am flight out of Fargo. You can do the math here.nnThey had to call a lock smith to let us in our room and we didn’t get in until 1AM. My infant’s food was in there. Every store was closed because it was Labor Day weekend. Completely incompetent and unacceptable. My child screamed for 3 hours.nnThe best they could do was offer a different room which was completely useless because ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS were locked in our room. They claimed this was the first time it happened but the lock smith that showed up said it was at least his 6th time being there with this happening.nn100% won’t be coming back and told everyone who stayed there under the discounted rate for the wedding as well. Everyone is super unimpressed. Figure it out guys, this absolutely should not be happening.

The staff were super friendly. The hotel was very clean. And the beds had to be the most comfortable I have slept in for a while, and as a flight attendant I have been to hotels all over the states.
