The front desk is great with customer service!nnAmanda is great to do business with when it comes to meeting room/pool party. She is super sweet& extremely patient. I will always come here for my children’s birthday.nnThe pool area is amazingly clean& bright. Has lots of natural light!
We have stayed in many different hotels in Fargo and this one is our new favorite. The staff was all very friendly. The entire hotel looked and smelled very clean. The double queen room was very spacious. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on and the blackout curtains were great (couldn't tell at all that it was noon). The main pool was a little on the cold side but the hot tub was perfect and again very clean.
Staff was fantastic at check in! Thank you Melissa! You have a bubbly personality. My children were so happy to hear that we could check in early. Great stay! And breakfast is great!
We are checking out after a awesome weekend getaway. The hotel is clean and fresh. Staff are amazing. The desk clerk on Friday was amazing. Super friendly and welcoming. They fixed the ine issue we had a check in right on the spot. Kudos to the whole team. We will be back!
