The Dakota on Veterans

Very Bad Experience and I do not recommend this property, if you think Heating is included in the rent, that would be a biggest blunder. This Apartment is centralized and light/electricity bill in winter goes up anywhere near to $140 because we need to pay for fan and it rips you off.nThe furnace or the heating system sounds alot and it is placed in the bedrooms and it really disturbs sleep and peace..There are many other apartments similar to this apartment in Fargo which are cheaper and lower light bills. Think thrice before you opt this property.
