Staff is amazing, anytime they don’t have an answer they’re more than willing to do the research to get you something that fits your needs and then order the parts if they don’t have them in stock, (fast, usually 3 to 5 days max) the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, they are more than willing to find a solution to your bike setup (even if it means a bit of work on thier end) rather than just say you should replace parts to make a quick buck for the shop!
Aaron and Adam are super knowledgeable in every aspect of the cycling world. They helped me out with my new bike purchase and steered me in the right direction for my style of riding, plus went the extra mile to hook up some new extras on the bike. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome; and their shop is everything you expect from top notch service.

Fantastic people here
An entirely positive experience! We tuned up our bikes, purchased a hitch rack and adapters, and now we’re ready to go. Aaron pointed us in the right direction for having a hitch installed at a great price. He was responsive to questions (and we had plenty) every step of the way, and he made our experience of transforming into an entry level ‘biking family’ quite enjoyable. Low pressure, informative, just a great experience! I will always choose Storrs Center Cycle going forward. You should too!
