These guys are top notch and great to work with. We had a rather complex job involving the partial replacement of a barn roof using metal siding - something a few other roofers claimed couldn't be done, Brent, Luis, Sam, and the rest of the team did a fabulous job and saved us a bunch of money by coming up with a solution that prevented us from replacing the entire roof. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to start sooner than I expected as he was concerned about additional damage to the roof if we waited any longer. Great job guys!
Brent, Luis, Alex, Milt, Jeff, and Brian worked tirelessly over fours days replacing side trim and shingles on the two side dormers of my home. They were spot on with their quote, provided excellent workmanship, and worked from early morning to early evening getting the job done. They were very meticulous, neat, and calculating doing the work. Pawcatuck Roofing did our roof eight years ago so it was a our first and only company we considered to do the work. Great job guys!!! We would highly recommend them!
Working with Pawcatuck Roofing was one of the most seamless experiences I have ever had with a roofing contractor. Brent, the owner, visited the house and did a walk through twice before installation day to ensure he had all the details right. On the second visit he introduced me to Sam his foreman assigned to the job. Sam was great at managing every little detail and concern that arose through the process. I also had a good experience talking with office staff when I had to reschedule the project, again effortless. Everything was like clockwork: The dumpster and materials were delivered the day before the roof was installed, the teams showed up on-time, the first roof was done on day one, and the second roof done on day two. The place looked like nobody had ever been there by the end of the day. Pawcatuck Roofing is a top notch operation, I’d recommend these guys to anybody.
My husband and I recently purchased an older home in need of a new roof. My remodeler recommended Pawcatuck Roofing. I called and Brent came out the next day to measure our roof and discuss our needs. His office staff was wonderful in helping choose the right color to match the siding we had chosen. Their quote was in line with our budget. The roofers were amazing. They arrived early, were professional and very hard workers. They did not leave until after 6:00. They completed the roof in one day. Everything was cleaned up and they even put all of my flower boxes back on my railings. The next day they were back with a magnet making sure there were no nails left that might cause a flat tire. A huge thank you to Brent and Sam for a great roof. I highly recommend Pawcatuck Roofing. I received several quotes for a new roof and Pawcatuck Roofing was by far the most reasonable. In addition, the owner and employees were extremely responsive regarding any questions or concerns I had.nnMore importantly, their staff was able to give me a timeline when the dumpster and materials would show up and when work would begin so I could plan accordingly.nnIn the end, the actual job only took one day which surprised me because my neighbor's roof took two days (using a different company) with a much smaller roof.nnI would highly recommend Pawcatuck Roofing for anyone looking. Their professionalism and work ethic made what seemed like a daunting task easy.
