We have been here for well over a month. Nothing but good things to say about the room, very clean, comfortable, pretty and cheerful. The staff is so accommodating. The new rooms are lovely and the location is perfect. Excellent value!

This review is long overdue to be honest going through some old receipts I found one from my stay at the Days Inn Mystic. The whole staff was awesome but one gentleman by the name of “T” (I believe that’s his name lol) was super!!! He was very polite and so helpful. He absolutely went above and beyond his duties. To top it off gave us incredible choices of restaurants and things to do. He made the stay very comfortable. All in all the hotel was well kept, our room was very clean, the pool was so much fun. Wish me and my guest could of been able to have the continental breakfast I heard so much about but due to this Covid-19 epidemic they served grab and go bags like most places. But again the awesome staff, the cleanliness of the hotel made up for everything and made the stay something I will definitely recommend to anyone.

This will be my go to place when the boat to Block Island is cancelled. They allow pets! There is a fee but I was more than willing to pay. We got a handicapped room for mom and I I got the adjoining double. Their policy during Covid is good. They don't rent a room unless it's been vacant 24 hours. They clean and sanitize everyday and offer extras like towels ...you just have to ask. But no cleaning of rooms during your stay.They are in the process of a make over and we reaped the benefits of new beds and bathrooms. Shower was great. They have a grab and go breakfast...it's nothing fancy but it's offered and Dunkin is literally around the corner. Staff was very kind to mom and me. I've stayed at the hotel before the makeover and it was good but a little dated. This upgrade has certainly improved my experience and I plan to stay again.

Worst accommodations I’ve ever had... old, outdated and smelly!! Funny enough the sign said something about new rooms - ha!! Bare bones minimum in the room. Ended up opening windows (which we couldn’t keep open for long because the screens were bent and bugs were coming in) and buying Lysol and spraying the entire room and it still smelled. Tried to stay out as late as we could so we didn’t have to spend any time there other than to sleep and get ready in the morning. And when we first turned on the shower, the water came out brown. Definitely would not recommend staying here.
