last year my wife and I stayed at this awful place. The price per room was $ 199 plus taxes. For this price, we expected to see at least a clean room. but in reality it was a terribly dirty room with bedbugs, dirty walls and an inoperative refrigerator. we were forced to leave this place and demand a full refund. at first they refused to return the money, but after the scandal they still decided to return it.

Warning do not go here it is absolutely HORRIBLE do not go here, waste of time money and gas it had hairs everywhere food on the floor and even beds bugs and roaches i was supposed to stay for two nights and left one i stayed at a nice motel in rhode island called phill and ans you actually saw them clean and do laundry. Clean room clean lobby friendly staff pool courtyard great for my 7 yr old a stones throw from the aquarium and mystic village and the diner. Price is excellent for a hotel that honestly all you do is sleep and swim. You go on vacation for the stuff around not the hotel so why spend am arm and a leg. This place is great. Second time staying here amd every time we go to mystic this is our go to spot.

I wish I could give this hotel a negative score. I will be calling to get a refund. It is completely unacceptable for the money I paid, to have received the type of service and care that I did. Sheets were dirty, had hair on them and stained. The room had a pungent odor. The bathroom was also in poor conditions There were no COVID signs anywhere ensuring everyone maintain specific protocols and distancing. I paid for 2 nights and couldn't even stay for more than an hour. Absolutely dissatisfied.

I'd give it 1 star, but you can't beat the price. You definitely get what you pay for. Very old and run down, no frills. If all you need is a cheap room, this is for you.
