My wife and I are Marriott Rewards members. We have stayed at many Residence Inn, and the experience has always be very pleasant. We did NOT have that same experience with our stay here this past weekend.nnWe both have bite marks all over. It's extremely itchy and irritating. We only can assume that is was from the bedding at the hotel since we both have similar bite marks. I would rate this hotel cleanliness negative if I could. This is not acceptable.

Stayed overnight after visiting the local aquarium. Bedroom suite was definitely a nice accommodation with kitchenette, and living area. However, there was a leak somewhere in the closet space, as our teenage daughter had placed her bag on the rugged floor, only to find her items soaked on the bottom, along with her clothing. The same was true for our in-laws room across from us; there was a leak below where the AC unit is located. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Came here for a weekend getaway. It had the tiniest shower ever, I couldn’t even move! Decided to use the gigantic tub and it was not only dirty but the jacuzzi jets didn’t work. They only had one ice machine between the 2 buildings and it was broken. I’m a Marriott Gold member at minimum every year and that usually gets you at least a bottle of water at most Marriotts. This Marriott I was told that gets me nothing. Guess the Hilton and/or Hampton gets my business next time I travel through here for work.

Upon arrival Into the room we knew it would be a problem because the Air Conditioner did not work. Extremely hot room. When we woke up in the morning there was a spider in our bed and we was relocated to the room above us. Better Air conditioning at least. However that night there was ANOTHER bug on the ceiling. We were so scared to go anywhere in the room we slept on the couch half the night before finally deciding to get into the bed and use our own sheet and pillowcases. When we woke up the next morning. Guess what? ANOTHER BUG IN THE BATHROOM. I wish I can Upload the pictures i took. That’s when we decided to pack everything up and leave. On our way out we decided to check out the breakfast..... it was a cup ( literally a cup ) of fruit loops cereal and a mini muffin. No milk. I will NEVER come back to this hotel. It needs serious renovations
