Thrifty White Pharmacy

Very rude, don’t accept coupons because “they don’t play that” as quoted by one of the pharmacists. Just want to scam people. Most of the staff is rude and unhelpful, I will be terminating my service with them after today.

Go to a different pharmacy. Any other pharmacy. You'll have a better experience. The staff is not capable of helping you. I will pay more money to go somewhere else.

I called hours in advance to be sure my prescription was ready and was told that it was done. I did not have time to wait today as I had a commitment with a customer of mine. When I got there hensaid it was not ready. I explained that I had called and was told that it was ready. He said I was told wrong. This has happened before to my wife and my daughter. They have no regard for customer’s time. I had to leave without the prescription even though I was really looking forward to some relief. I had made a commitment to a customer so waiting was not an option. Disappointing one of my customers is not acceptable to me. I’ve never worked in a pharmacy but I can’t imagine moving at that pace. If my coworkers moved that slow we’d be out of business in a week. There was one person seated in the waiting area but that was it other than me. There were at least five people behind the counter. I was offered no explanation, no apology, and no solution. I’m not even sure he looked away from the computer screen even once. Their pharmaceuticals are no better than anyone else’s. It’s all about the service. PLEASE post positive reviews when you experience good customer service!

ongoing Issues with this pharmacy. And they only get worse as the years went on. Meds not being ready on time. Insurance not billed correctly. Prescriptions not filled because “they weren’t sure if they were needed” but never called to clarify. Not impressed and after 10 years, I’m switching. It’s time to make a change.

This pharmacy has great staff with amazing customer service skills with many wonderful personal touches.
