I didn't have a great experience. I had book this hotel thinking they were shuttling back and fourth from the hotel to the casino as the front desk advised me prior to booking. I was told when I got there that the shuttle driver was sick and no shuttles were going on. I was woken up by house keeping 4 times prior to check out being at 11:00. I called the front desk asking for more time due to the inconvenience. They gave me until 1:00pm. I ask the front desk I wish not to be disturb to get some rest for my long drive home they said that would not be a problem. 11:00 came and I was yet woke up again. I was not very happy. After 11:30 I was woken up again. I went to this hotel for the simple reason for my 40th birthday because it was affordable then the casino. I was very disappointed. Not the way I wanted to celebrate my special day with my husband.

The hotel was lovely. The staff was so nice. During Covid things are a but different. There is not the standard buffet but you had a number of options. We stayed an another hotel that gave us water fruit and bad prepackaged pastry. This was so much better. I actually felt like I had breakfast. Rooms were clean, wonderfully appointed and plenty of space. Lot of plugs and outlets for all the tech we bring. Great Dim Sum place just a few doors down.
