Staff is very pleasant and accommodating, the rooms are clean and quiet. I would recommend anyone to stay there. Current management has cleaned house of all the riff Raff.
Stayed over Labor Day Weekend. Very nice room and staff. Kim was excellent, as was her assistant. The hotel is near Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. Also, near shopping...Big Y, Starbucks. Look forward to returning. A park is nearby to play ud83cudfbe. 5 Stars.

They've been under construction for 2 years. My non-smoking room smelt like an ash tray. 1night was too much for me.
I stayed here 2/15-2/17 2019... I was bitten by bedbugs!!! I took a video which for some reason I can't upload, but anyway I went to speak to the front desk... No one was around... I called and an hour later I was told they don't have this problem... I bring them with me... (Really???) I went in this afternoon 2/19 to speak with someone... The owner was not there... The disgruntled soon to be ex employee told me with expletives that its not his problem... He's leaving tomorrow. He was fired... I recommend not to stay there... I have called and called... No answer!!! Had to come home and wash my clothing!!! That Bedbug trap is not the place to stay... Heed my warning!!! As soon as I can figure it out I will post the video for all to see...
