Always excellent. Service and selection. Been doing business with them since mid 1980's when Bob was the owner. Must say Pat and crew are all as good or better than any LBS around with their knowledge and expertise of the latest trends and products, for beginners or advanced. You can't go wrong by visiting and at least check them out.
Amazing staff. Whole staff is pure definition of customer service. You will never get this kind of services and perks if you buy bike online or form departmental stores. Prices are even cheaper.
Very friendly, helpful, cool people here. Got me a bike and on my way in a short time. If I need another bike in the future, definitely headed here!
Great shop. They're not local to me but I called them looking for a derailleur hanger for my bike which comes from a Canadian company without a big dealer presence in Connecticut. The owner, Pat, found the part. It's an hour drive for me to get there but I had to plans to ride at a nearby MTB trail the next day, on Sunday, when the shop was closed so I paid over the phone and he left it out in the mailbox for me. I appreciated the willingness to solve the problem and take an extra step.
From the first phone call to when I left with the new bike for my wife, they were friendly, accommodating and knew their stuff. In times like these it is important to reward the local businesses that do an outstanding job, they are one of them and I highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you are new to cycling, they take the time to answer all your questions and recommend what they truly think is the best option, I was happy with the service and my wife is thrilled with her new bike! I will most definitely be going back there when I need a bike for myself in the future.
