Quality, price, delivery. I found all three. Eric got here same day and priced the job competitively, the crew was the right size, showed up on time, finished the same afternoon. The material is top shelf, extra attention was paid to flashing details, clean up was good, the job looks great.
This project worked out very, very well. Ben Tiven was very easy to work with. Project Supervisor Rob and crew foreman Loise (spelling?) and his crew were just terrific. They arrived on time and performed as agreed upon and more. Cleanup was just amazing. I can't say enough in favor of this company except to say should be a model to the contracting business.nI'm very happy indeed and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking roof work.
John Henderson Construction is an exceptional company that that delivers an exceptional experience, from Eric that gave me the quote on my roof, to the receptionist, to Gavin in the office, to John that came out to check on things after the roof was installed. Each and every person I spoke to or interacted via email at John Henderson Construction was VERY responsive. I not only was blown away by how exceptional their customer service was but their quality of work(roof replacement) was not nothing short of exceptional from the time they came out to install the roof to the clean up, in fact when John came out to check on the roof install he ran around my yard with a magnet picking up nails and screws in my yard. When John came out I was met with patience to my questions and thorough answers. I HIGHLY recommend John Henderson Construction if you are looking for an exceptional experience from beginning to end.
Rob Rich and his crew came and replaced my roof. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well after. Rob answered all my questions, especially with the upcoming gutter replacement, and didn't leave until he was sure we were happy.
My recent roofing experience with John Henderson and his team greatly exceeded my expectations! I needed the roof done ASAP on a 12’x16’ shed my husband and father-in-law built. John was very responsive and personally returned my call. Not only did he squeeze my job in the same day he returned my call, he also made me feel like a valued customer, despite the size of my small job. John personally arrived before his team to talk with me, and ensure we had all the necessary materials on site. He was kind and patient, assuring me that the job would be done well and for a fair price. Once Gavin and his crew arrived, John passed the the torch, and the job got underway. I was blown away by how seamlessly the job went! Gavin was kind, professional, responsive and competent. The team was extremely efficient, completing the job in under 2 hours, which included the above and beyond clean-up of materials in our yard. They were clearly a well oiled machine! I’ve worked with several contractors recently for various home improvements, and none of them compared to John and his team. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from beginning to end!
