Spirit Lake Casino & Resort

DO NOT!! I Repeat..... DO NOT stay here. Nothing works, cabins are not very well taken care of, people are very rude.... etc. I could go on and on. Had been traveling for 16 hours and were very tired. Arrived around 1:30 pm and waited in the parking lot until 3 then went and asked if we could get into our cabin. ( only 1 other cabin had people in it) we were told NO Not until 4 pm!!! So we waited another hour and went to check in. We didn’t get into our cabin until 5:30!!!!! Keys wouldn’t work in gate so couldn’t get to the cabin. Chased the employees around between the marina and casino and they couldn’t redo the key so used theirs to get us in. The next day we took a ride to town and when we came back.......you guessed it.....key didn’t work again!!! Not worth the trouble to stay here!!!

Only snack bar open food was so so nothing to write home about. Most staff was friendly like the fact wear masks and large non- smoking area. Machines hard to win on, but than seems like all the casino's are getting like this haven't been anywhere where they are loose if I ever find this place would be a miracle. Also like shields they put in between machine's.

Nice clean and fun place to be. Friendly service and beautiful views of the lake! I recommend!

Very clean and fancy place. All the staff were very attentive. We felt very safe given the current crew of virus situation! We look forward to revisiting once he returns to full operation.

Love this place. Win most of the time. Just wish they had the restaurant and hotel open. I've been craving the buffet.
