I really liked my hair. Came out Very nice. I don't remember her name, just that she was pregnant. She didn't take any breaks. That's appreciated! I'm going back soon. Thanks Queenud83dudda4

1st time I went, very impressed. Made my 2nd appt with the same person(Sara) and got there..she started my hair, I noticed she had been rushing, she then called another lady to help her. The other lady was extremely rough and speaking very loudly over my head on the phone and half way through the woman I made the appt with collected her money from me and left with no notice. Very unprofessional especially since I scheduled an appt with this lady. Long story short $160 later...NOT impressed with my hair at all, in fact plan on taking it out possibly next week. Will not be returning to S&Y.

I left without my enclosure on because it looked so poorly. No one knee what my plans were for the night but it wouldn't matter my hair was a disaster area for $100 then I had to pay another you g lady $30 to fix what the previous dresser didnt care to complete. $245 in total with hair cost included for a sewn in weave that was not completed the first time.

They take a lot of pride in their work. I was pleased... the only problem I had was they tend to speak a lot among themselves, are are very noisy.
