Love this place and I haven't even been there. After a negative experience at the bike shop 10 minutes from my house I called these guys up and got Nick on the phone. Told Nick what kind of bike I was looking for and he took me through all my options. He sold me a bike I haven't even seen (although I had done plenty of prior research on the brand). Great customer service, I dropped $700 over the phone because of it. Can't wait for my bike to come in!

Greg and the team at Class Cycles have always gone above and beyond for us. He is honest and open when fielding questions about products. He’s not the type to try and talk you into something if it’s not necessary or appropriate to your cycling level. They are patient and understanding when asked questions. I feel there is never a “dumb” question that I have asked. This really helps a customer feel welcome and comfortable when in the store. I feel this stop has created not just a cycling community, but a cycling family.nThanks for all you do Class Cycles! ❤ufe0f

Very happy with the service I received at Class Cycles. They are SO busy, but took the time to listen to what I wanted done/upgraded on my road bike. After waiting for what seemed an eternity (thank you Covid-19), the parts came in and my scheduled appointment day came. The turn around time was 2 days less than they said it would be to put the new components on my bike and new Jones handlebars! It's like I have a brand new bicycle...and who doesn't love what that feels like? Thank you Class Cycles!

Class Cycles is a class act! Dealt with Greg and Dan and they both were a pleasure to talk to ... took the time to explain things and answer many questions. Ended up leaving with a new electric bike and very satisfied with the entire transaction. Highly recommended bike store and would surely go back again for my family's next bike.

Class cycles is an amazing resource for anyone interested in biking. Get a bike for your kids with advice and support all the way to your most elite bikes. I have had fantastic interactions with the owner, workers, service providers, and the folks who fit you with a trained physical therapist eye. I love this shop for all that they offer. Bikes, yes. Group rides, yes! Support, advice, and reasonable prices, yes yes!! I'm grateful and lucky to have bought my bike here and to have been a part of their group rides. Check them out! They will immediately welcome you and get you outfitted no matter your level of engagement with cycling or biking in general. Enjoy!
