My gutters got destroyed during the tornado. I called Brown Roofing. Their sales representative, Mike Perry, came out the next day and walked me through a solution and gave me an awesome deal. We agreed on a date and the gutters look fantastic.

I initially contacted Brown Roofing interested in a traditional metal farm-style roofing system, and their Sales Consultant, Andrew Karsen, was very patient and thorough in going through all of the features, advantages and benefits of a number of roofing system. They completed the installation today and I am completely satisfied. The installation crew arrived right on time, they picked up every shred of debris and our yard is spotless. I am involved in construction myself, and am completely impressed by the level of care and professional techniques that Job Site Supervisor Jose, and his crew exhibited. Salesman was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Job came out beautiful, and the price was exactly what was quoted. The area was spotless and clean before they left. Reasonably priced and would highly recommend.

I signed the contract for some snow guards and leaf guards. I was scheduled for Wednesday November 4th at 10:30am. 11am rolled around and nobody showed up. So I called and the girl said she was just about to call me to reschedule because they ordered the wrong snow guards. Not professional to wait until the day of the appointment to be told this. This wasn’t very considerate of my time.nnAnyway, she said I have you set for Saturday the 7th at 1:30pm. Guess what? It is now 2:00pm and another no show. No phone call. Nothing. This is twice that my time has been wasted and I have sat around waiting for this company.nnI would strongly recommend against using this company for your needs because if they are this inconsiderate before they even get your money, just think about if you need them after they have taken your money. Good luck getting them to show up. Fortunately I am only out two wasted days because I didn’t have to put a down payment but it’s still wasted time spent sitting around.nnTo the owner(s)-Learn how to schedule your customers and learn some manners regarding calling a customer if you can’t make the appointment (twice in my case).nnYou’ve got quite a high head count of employees shown on your website, unfortunately that kind of head count allows for frequent passing the buck to the “other” guy as in “oh I thought the other guy was gonna take care of that customer”.

After 4 roof quotes I chose Brown Roofing. Options, value, customer service, and piece of mind is why I went with them over the others.nnI worked with Nello, Jose, and Jim throughout the project, and from start to finish they made me feel like my satisfaction was their highest priority.nnI am very happy with my new roof and gutter system. Knowing that I have a 50 year warranty with a company that has been around for decades with the reputation and level of customer service they have is what really set them apart for me from all the other companies.
