I checked in at 3:00 a.m. and only stayed for a few hours, but my experience was great. Clean room, friendly enough staff and quick check-in/out experience. I would absolutely stay here again for a longer duration.
Kate, the front desk clerk, refused to allow us to check in because we had a properly documented service animal.nApparently the owners have laid down the law and NO EXCEPTIONS are made for service or properly documented ESA dogs.nI didn't realize this was legal (I am certain it is not) but there was no discussion.nJust a flat refusal.nnI suggest anyone who has a service animal or ESA or anyone who has a friend or loved one with a disability or even just animal lovers avoid this place at all costs.
