This place is meant for a quick place to sleep, and it does the job it close to downtown New Haven but no where near in the heart of downtown, all the people in the office are really nice helpful, my key stopped working and they were happy to replace it for me. There are a couple quick places near by and overall does the job its supposed to fulfill, and seemed better than anything close within the area.
Bed bugs roaches. They have bugs. So today i will be calling the health inspection. Nobody should live in bugs and filth.
Kind of gross but beats a blank
Horrible . The walls were dirty. The comforter on the bed appeared dirty.rug was disgustingly filthy.would not recommend at all.
I love this place, it's new jack city for me
