I needed to have section of previously damaged Gutter Helmet replaced. Everything about my experience with Weathertite was great.The crew was at my home the day and time they were scheduled. The work was done in a timely manor and very professional. Great company to work with.
They installed a new roof in Dec. of 2018. We found in August that we had squirrels nesting in the roof soffit where they did a faulty installation of the ridge vent, leaving a large enough hole for the animals to enter. I called and a rep came out to take photos and agreed it was incorrectly installed. He said he’d report to his boss and call us within a week. We never heard back from them. I called and left messages several times with the office since then and called Joel’s cell number and left a message. No call back. They are no longer accredited with Better Business Bureau. Evidentially their 12 year warranty is worthless.Now I have to pay someone to fix the roof so animals cannot get into this practically brand new roof. Buyers beware!nI will update this review if I get satisfaction from Weathertite Systems.
Excellent Company-The job they did on our roof and gutters exceeded our expectations. The employees were professional, neat and knowledgeable.nI would recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair their roof. I would also highly recommend the gutter helmet - looking forward to never cleaning my gutters again.
I was having a problem with birds getting in my gutters underneath helmet somehow and forming nests installed by gutter helmet few years ago. Then I found Weathertite took over business and they came out today found and fixed the problem. Billy & Carlos did a wonderful job inspecting and fixing my problem by inserting these metal pieces on the end where birds were getting in, checking all gutters and cleaning them out. They were very professional and neat. I would recommend them very highly for any job roofing, doors, siding etc check out their website. Thank you so much for your expertise.
Do not buy into the waterfall gutter system. Read the fine print. my gutters require some maintenance in less than 2 yrs. Overflowing an obnoxious person comes out says “ there’s no guarantee” doesn’t bring a ladder horrible attitude. This is what to expect from this company. impossible to rectify with out major cost. Buyers beware
