My wedding venue was shutdown the night before my wedding. I had blocked rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn for my wedding guests. Manager Natalie and her team went above and beyond to make my wedding happen at the hotel. There aren’t enough words to describe how thankful I am that I picked this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing, unbelievably compassionate and so patient with an overly stressed and emotional bride & groom. Everything was clean, sanitized and beautiful for our stay and special day.
It was great, front desk was nice. Checkin was quick. The room was very spacious, had and issue with the TV but got it to work after all.
Liz and Natalie was absolutely AMAZING. My reservation was at a sister hotel and had to be walked over to this hotel. From beginning to end they were really GREAT and accommodating.. rooms are really nice and clean. The customer service is great and they really make you feel welcomed.. overall our stay was awesome!! If you’re in the area I would highly recommend the Hilton Gardens.
Very convenient spot right off interstate i-95 at exit 40.plenty of restaurants around within walking distance and the bars across the street.
We enjoyed this lovely hotel! The only issue I encountered was with the grab and go breakfast bags. I had paid ahead for a speacial family package with AAA, which included breakfast each day, however staff still tried to charge me $5.00 for the breakfast bags each morning. One morning one of the bags only had a drink in it. Besides smoothing out these issues everything here was wonderful, and the man I checked in with was very friendly and helpful.
