Great customer service!
I met a really helpful and knowledgeable gentlemen in the shoe dept. He helped me find great fitting boots. Love this place!
Staff were all pleasant and ready to help. Backpack staff was very precise with backpack fitting and wasn't afraid to give his honest opinion despite my obvious bias toward another product, and was knowledgeable about other products that I had questions on. Return of an online order was quick and painless. Will be back
I always enjoy stopping by REI. It's expensive but you're getting quality stuff. Winter coats.. bikes all good stuff
Nice selection for a smaller REI. Employees are helpful but on the edge of being overbearing. The team handling covid-19 precautions are nice and are doing a good job.
