I had a great experience with Rich and his team. I wanted seven windows replaced and the prices are fair and competitive. During the quote, Rich took the time to point out another window that didn't have the propert trim on the exterior. He offered to include it in the work. Install started and finished same day. His team worked past sundown to finish the exterior trim.
Rich and his crew installed a new slider door as well as siding on our house and did an absolutely amazing job. They were wonderful with our pets even after our pet pig ran away with their lunch box one day. The workmanship and attention to detail was top quality.
Right off the bat I knew I was working with the right crew. Rich showed up when supposed to and the professionalism of his design as well as the non up-selling of things that I did not need made me feel really comfortable. Because others were trying to push me down a different rabbit hole by spending lots more of my money.nnThey came out a few days after Christmas and began fixing the rake boards on the gable ends of my house. Sergei and Alex went above and beyond and fixed this 1820's farm house squirrel entrance for good hopefully. Then a few days later the crew came back and finished the gutters. Mike and the other fellows to whom I forgot their names did outstanding work. Can't wait for some rain to test the house's new hardware out.......nnOverall I found a quality company with all the bells and whistles. With that I hope to use them for a roof in a few years. Hard to find honest hardworking people out there nowadays. Much respect to Rich and crew. Be well and til next time.
Took too long to get to it. The job he did leaks, bad. Will not answer the phone. Telephone jockey rude, condisending and ignorant. Am calling somebody else to fix what he did and this was a very small job. I asked for a quote for a large job and never got it.....but the water comes in the porch just fine!
Terrible customer service. A rep came for an estimate in early April and refused to give me a quote, saying he had to “research” other windows in the area. He never got back to me. Called the office a week ago and was told they would get back to me soon. Nothing. That’s ok, I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
