Loved how easy it was to get my three kids bikes tuned up for the summer. All I had to do was text him. He showed up that night, picked up the bikes, he informed me of the repairs needed, and he returned them the next day! Great business idea!! Great communication. Great value. And most of all: SO EASY. Highly recommend. Will be back.

Jon at Service Cycle should have a doctrine in bicycles and bicycle repair, from the wealth of knowledge accumulated from years of working at bicycle shops to a lifetime passion for riding and a meticulous attention to detail... actually I’m more confident in saying he has achieved a guru-like status.nnI’ve been lucky enough to have had my bicycle serviced by Jon long before he started Service Cycle and have had the privilege to watch him work his craft while educating me on proper bicycle maintenance and repair. Thankfully, I’ve never had to deal with the hassle of bringing my bicycle to a shop for repair. If you’re looking for convenience, confidence that your bicycle will be repaired by a master mechanic who truly loves what he does, and a fair price you will not be disappointed. Jonathan is a master wizard when it comes to bicycle repair. I am constantly asking him questions and seeking his advice for diagnosis and repair for my bikes. Jonathan has built two sets of wheels for me and each set I’ve taken on long distance tours. The first one 2500 miles through South Africa and the second set I rode a 1700 mile route through Ecuador and not once did I have any issues with the wheels - the build were impeccable!nI would highly recommend this business to anyone seeking highly professional assistance with their bicycle needs.
I highly recommend Jon for bicycle repair , tune ups and service , he is very knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with . He picked up my road bike , sent me pictures with the issues , recommended the correct parts , ordered them , installed the parts , road tested and delivered it back to my home My bicycle rides better now than when I got it last year.
