Alex and the team at Pro Exteriors were very professional throughout the process. They put together a great proposal package to review, and once signed, the process took about a month. It took a few weeks to have materials ordered and delivered, and when there was a dry day, it took 1 day for them to complete the 2400sqft roof replacement and install a new skylight. There was a little debris left over afterward, and without hesitation, they came out to take care of it. Through this process I could see that the team at Pro Exteriors cares about their customers and they provide quality service start to finish. I would go through them again and recommend them to anyone!
Pro exterior, LLC repaired my roof and gutters. The roof look great! The workers was professional, clean up the debris , very friendly, and finished on time. As a Manager over 20 years in services communication could’ve been better. In services whenever the price change you always consult the customer first before continuing. The gutters was okay. I asked questions about it. They responded quickly which was good but the explanation didn’t fully satisfy me or the tone in the response. I would recommend them for the roof only.
These guys are the best around. They know their stuff when it comes to home repair, they're always on time, fast and reliable. I've worked with Alex and ProEx twice now. Once for a detailed inspection of my new home before purchase and once to do the repair needed. I would never recommend anyone else. I would like to take this opportunity to commend Pro Exteriors for the excellent job that they did repairing my gutter and portion of my roof during the previous storm. They were professional,timely, and did a very good job at communicating with me every step of the way. They have gained a new customer and I can’t thank them enough. As a home owner at my present home for 30 years they were the best I have ever hired. I welcome others to ask me any questions they would like pertaining to Pro Exteriors. Boiling it down, of the 5 quotes we received, Pro Exteriors LLC had the best price for the siding we we looking for (Certainteed Monogram) , even factoring in unexpected repairs related to extensive plywood damage when old siding was removed. The workers were very clean and respectful of our property, Alex communicated very well during the process including same day quote. Our house looks great and would recommend this company for siding and gutter system
