SecOnds after entering the room I found a ROACH crawling on the bed, my husband killed it with plastic wrapping from a cup and took it the the front desk, they were super rude and refused a refund and upgraded us to the suite, which also had roaches!! We ended up down the street at Econo lodge and while it was kind of run down, AT LEAST THERE WERE NO BUGS!!!
The worst hotel experience in my life. After booking online with booking.com, I arrived to the hotel. I was getting with the employee tell me the rooms had no A/C. We said ok, do the windows open he said yes. We get into the room, it's 90° inside and the windows have no screens. Hot and annoyed I look for a ice bucket , not here. I look for the phone to call the office, not here. I go to the office and he basically tells me to figure out how to get ice back up to my room. That was it for me. He was rude and very unfriendly. I was refunded but the inconvenience was the worst part.
Location and the near by area are nice. Rooms were very clean and staff and service were great. looking back to come and stay agian.
