Overall, a lovely stay. Complimentary water & coffee were available which is great. I love music so having the iHome with the charging doc & speaker was great b/c I forgot my charger! Enjoyed the robes in the room; the bed was very comfortable as well. Staff was friendly & helpful. I do wish that the bathroom had a bathtub, was looking forward to a luxurious soak.

Great hotel, even better service. Had a meeting there and the welcome staff particularly Patricia was extremely welcoming even bringing us bottles of water without prompting. It is my favorite hotel in New Haven, CT!

Excellent hotel. Clean rooms, professional staff. Fine dining in the restaurant on the first floor.nnBest butterscotch pudding ever.nnThrilled to have such a cool hotel downtown.

Service, room and ambiance were first class. Great bar and restaurant. Excellent location near Yale. Valet parking was a definite plus.
