I was concerned traveling during the current pandemic situation. New Haven Hotel completely alleviated all my concerns with clear communication about their hotel sanitation standards and policy on guest safety.nnThe rooms were sanitized and consumables were kept in plastic bags (coffee supplies, remote, etc). The staff offered fresh brewed coffee and some grab n go items for breakfast. The parking lot was right across the street.
The location and service are fantastic - especially the front desk staff who were very helpful. Unfortunately the rooms could be cleaner (sticky desk, dirty vents, and stained bed spreads), the breakfast was basic (cereal, yogurt, and coffee), and the hallway noise was a bit loud. Overall a good experience for a three star hotel. I would stay there again depending on the price of other nearby hotels.

Wonderful staff and accomodations. Felt very safe during Covid-19. They have good protocols.
It's a nice place to stay. Very helpful staff. Center air conditioning with a great view. Appreciated the COVID discount and Yale's generosity!
