Wonderful hotel, excellent service, amazing staff! Truly one of the most accommodating hotels I've ever been to. Always greeted with a warm smile and a cheerful hello. Truly enjoyed my time while staying there!

Frustrated would’nt even start to explain it. The hotel is great but unfortunately the customer service is not. Upon arriving I was not made aware that there was preventative maintenance that had to be done the next morning. With that being said I had a note that was stuck under my door letting me know that the water would be off for five hours which means I wouldn’t be able to take a shower or use the restroom. After calling in they pretty much told me there’s nothing they could do for me although I pointed out it’s a pretty big loss of an amenity when you’re not able to use the bathroom for a big portion of your stay. There were other options that I could’ve went with that I regret not choosing.

Great hotel, great service, great room, everything was spotless clean, amazing shower (a big deal for me) and incredibly kind and professional staff
