Great care in downtown New Haven. Many options for hot, cold and frozen drinks. They also have a small selection of foods. Options to sit inside, out front, or in the courtyard was lovely. I appreciated their pandemic policies and felt very safe going in, ordering and finding a spot to sit.

I reached out to Koffee Katering for a staff retreat, and was blown away by how easy the entire process was. I rarely have such a smooth, effortless interaction with a vendor. Their entire menu was available online, staff was super communicative, and they handled our tax-exempt status with ease. They also handled all set up and clean up, there was no extra fee for delivery, and online payment took less than a minute. And THEN, the icing on the cake was that everyone loved the food. Multiple people asked me where it had come from, and commented on how delicious it was (and how much they liked the bread). Can't get better than that.

I cannot say enough great things about Koffee Katering. I have worked with them numerous times for my job at Yale University. Ordering is easy, service is always on time, food/beverages are excellent, they set-up/clean-up and the presentation is lovely. I wish I could give this company 10 stars! Easy, dependable & delicious.

Hands down best catering company in the area. Their sandwiches are fresh are creative, and the staff that came to set up the catering did a wonderful job. They bring their own tablecloth, have signs for everything, and accommodated all food restrictions that we have in our office. They catered lunch for a non-profit event, and we only got compliments. Honestly,nnI am never disappointed by Koffee! SO incredibly easy, convenient, personalized and delicious! I use them frequently for work meetings and it makes everything that much easier to know that someone will be there to completely set up and break down the meal. I also LOVE the zero-waste mentality. Thank you, Koffee!!
