First off, wonderful store. I like it a lot. They have every known thing to people who play sports. As for Covid regulations, social distancing isn't practiced. Whether its employees or customers.

The best customer service that I have received, anywhere, in a long time! I had a licensed sports team shirt to exchange for a different size, without a receipt because I received it as a gift. I was given personal attention to help look for the specific product that I wanted and after it was determined that it was not available in the store, I was given the option to have the correct size shipped directly to my home with no shipping costs at all to me. Now THAT'S how to keep customers coming back! Kudos!
