This company is great. High quality work from a small, reliable and communicative team. They went the extra mile with my e-moped, and have been insanely helpful to me since it was delivered with any questions or requests I've had. Can't recommend their products enough, both in quality and service.

We bought our electric bike from Spark earlier this year -- a great transportation solution for my adult son with ASD. This bike gives him the independence to get to and from work, or to run to the store if he needs something or just wants to get out of the house! The guys at Spark are knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and so helpful. We recently had to take it in for a minor adjustment and they had him back on the road the next day! Thanks for introducing this great resource into our community!

The Spark team is friendly, knowledgeable, and easily have some of the coolest electric bikes around! Great experience speaking with the technicians and they were sure set me up with everything I needed with my new Bandit Electric moped! Highly recommend to anybody looking for e-transport, this is the place!

Went here not knowing much about what kind of e-bike i wanted the guys where very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what was the best bike for me , guided me with all the functions my new e-bike had and responded to all of my questions with no hesitation ,they made sure i was comfortable with my purchase with a test ride and even a few days later i showed up with a flat on my new e-bike and they even fixed it for free with no hesitation .Thank you guys you made a permanent customer and i refuse to get get my e-bike fixed with anyone else than Spark Cycleworks.!!!

This place is really cool! Young group of guys trying to start up a new electric bike brand in Branford. They’re very knowledgeable and helped us decide on a couple folding bikes. They’ve been a blast to ride and highly recommend you try them out!!
