Excellent local ski shop, the best I've been to in southern Connecticut! Went to get fitted for new boots for my wife and I. We were blown away at the service and time spent to find and fit the perfect pair of boots. Bob, their master boot fitter, is a wizard when it comes to tweaking the fit to perfection. Wouldn't go to anyone else for such a critical fitment process. Prices were also very fair for a local shop and competitive with any online store. Look no further for your future ski shop!
The manager was super friendly and informative. He was totally upfront about what the results could regarding our bike. Very nice place. As a customer I felt very comfortable that he would help us in any way that he could.
I was never fitted for a bike as their comercials claim and my bike is too small. It felt fine to sit on I the store but until I was able to really ride it I didn't know. Bikes aren't my profession.
Great store with a solid selection of bikes. After much research, their bike packages were the lowest in the area with better parts, add in free lifetime tune ups and the deal I got was unbeatable. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Action Sports is the place to go!
