The quality inn was my first choice of where to stay in the Essex area. I loved the pool there. It was warm, had bathrooms, had towels, and no one else came for hours. The breakfast is limited during covid, but it is still good. Steer clear of the coffee, though! Leanne was very helpful at the front desk. She was enthusiastic and cheerful. The room was clean and well kept up. I have no complains!
Got here at around 11pm. Usually book at least a half day ahead of time but had to book last minute. We have stayed at many quality inns, so far this has been our favorite! Leigh was inn a second after I walked in, even with no bell! She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, we had a great conversation and I was out and headed to my room within 5 min! Room is big, clean, gorgeous and smells great!! Thank you Leigh!
The front desk staff was absolutely INCREDIBLE! It made our shirt visit such a great experience! They were kind, relatable and sincere! You don’t find that everywhere! Kudos to each individual we interacted with, these behaviors are genuine and truly gave us a reason to come back!nnThank you!
I have been going here for over thirty years. Its clean with a nice pool. But one of the clerks and I are just oil and water. And if the owner wants an explanation they should contact me. It wont stop me from coming back but not next week.
The building was nice and the employees also very nice. The attitude seemed that the hotel seemed full of itself.
