We stayed for a night on two different occasions, beautiful rooms, exceptional customer service. I clean Airbnb for a living and can honestly say I couldn't find a thing wrong with the room. We had a very late check in and every early check out and they were very accommodating. Will definitely be staying there again

My job entails traveling I’ve been hundreds of hotels in the last 20 years and I’ve never been more disgusted in my life I woke up in the morning with sores all over my body from bedbugs I even have great pictures. Before I had to go to my doctor to get medicine the place is disgusting and the customer service after showing them and telling them what was wrong was almost ignored I wouldn’t stay there I wouldn’t even consider it!!!!

New owner, of the hotel, Lindaly, has taken over the property and remodeled the rooms. Looks 100 times better than the previous hotel . She mentioned that they are going to continue renovating in a timely manner to have more amenities for the guest. My stay was very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They had free movies to watch on their new flat screen mounted on the walls. It felt like i was staying in Manhattan. I would definitely recommend staying here. She was also readily available if you need anything. She has her business cards on the front counter so you can call her directly.

Wonderful experience! I believe a mother and a son run this trendy art deco motel. Such a polite young man and to top it off the room was gorgeous. Full kitchen full bedroom and large fridge. Walk in shower. Very clean. Such style! Felt like an apartment or loft. Private entrance and exit and parking was great too.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! Our room was gorgeous and so affordable! Kid friendly place and if I ever needed a hotel room again while in Connecticut I will 100% be booking our room here!! Couldnt be more happy with our whole experience at the Solano inn!!
