Todd, Todd, Chris and Greg in the Essex store were great during my warranty return. They handled everything with Specialized and the process was surprisingly quick and painless. I was in quarantine for a week and decided to call Pedal Power for a new bike to ride away from people. Todd H helped me pick the perfect bike for what I wanted. It wasn’t a bike I thought of but he put me in the right direction and stuck to my budget. It was ordered, built, and at my house within a few days. Love the bike more than I could imagine. Recently purchased a new mountain bike with the assistance of Greg at Pedal Power in Essex. He was happy to show me various features on the bike and assist me in finding the correct fit, even quickly shipping a bike from a different Pedal Power branch. Can’t speak to the quality this locations service department, but it did appear in line with the excellent service I have received from the Middletown branch in the past.
