How has this place not gotten shut down?
The clerk was a literal as*****, I had a reservation due tonight, it was cold outside and he said there were no bookings. I had to stay in the cold outside trying to reach customer service while at the same time getting another room somewhere else.
I went to the office to tell them there was bed bugs on the box spring and was going to pay for another week in a different room and he told me I needed to get out after I told him about the bed bugs. I was still standing in the office and he walked away from me. They clean on mondays and I told them I didnt need the room clean remind you I just got out of the shower so I was in a towel and they were pushing there way through the door and starts cleaning the bathroom after I tried telling them I wasn't dressed and telling them I didnt need them to clean. I dobt recommend this place to anyone
The management and staff are rude. Rooms are adequate but expected more. They rent to anyone which I noticed by the vagrants rooming around. Learned later there had bern reports of bed bugs.
Staff is Very friendly, clean and smells fresh. Bed needs to be updated or replaced. TV is an older tube model, but works just fine. Bathroom is clean, towels, soap and shampoo is provided, room is perfect size for up to 2 people, it's comfortable.
