Cute spot... was here for weddingm parking is a challenge and hotel lot is a bit of a walk. Had a great time here... the smaller hotel vibe felt special.
Pleasant stay, nice staff. Everything was clean, zero complaints. Great cozy place to spend the evening. Only inconvenience was parking. We did arrive new years eve and there was no vallet to be seen. Found street parking easily enough.
Nice and clean. Little pricey in my opinion. Can walk to few shops and places to eat. Parking is little ridiculous though. In another stores parking lot( they expect you to walk couple blocks??). Free parking at meter spots at certain times but still...
The general manager hung up on me and told me I was lying about what the staff said to me. Told me if I listened better my car wouldn’t have gotten towed. This is an Inn, the staff should be fluent in instructing guests where to park and giving all the details. Staff never told me there were marked spots so I parked in the wrong lot and got my car towed. The manager was incredibly terrible to deal with and would not listen to anything I had to say. He repeatedly spoke over me and belittled me. Stay away from this place.
Sit by the fire in the pub, have some food, and you'll know why this is one of the coziest spots in Middletown. I've attended showers here as well and it was a nice space.
