The new owners are almost done remodeling the Budget Inn. New paint, new tv stands, all kinds of repairs for the better. Close to the university, pizzahut, and the Pressbox. Many other options close by.
This was wild. Resulted in a very good story. Would recommend if you have a good sense of humor and some time to spare. Not for the faint of heart.
Ok it's exactly what you'd expect out of a motel with this name. Yea the stuff is stained and it's kinda dingy. But the TV worked, they welcomed our dogs, the location is good, the room was cleaner than I expected and the manager was the friendliest guy! We got stranded and he was so friendly, and kind. Gave us a late checkout while we waited for our truck to get fixed!
Good luck getting a room. Front office is abandoned and the number listed on the door doesn't answer. Think I dodged a bullet.
Find something else. Place is super ghetto, even for cheap motel standards. Made a reservation online and nobody was there. Nobody answered the number, had to find another place to stay.
