Used Armour Shield too replace my roof after storm damage. Right from the start they were professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of this job. Lawrence was excellent! He walked me through every step and answered all my questions. He made himself available to be at my property when the adjuster came and followed up to ensure things were progressing. The roofers were on time, professional and left my property spotless! Armour Shield also followed up to ensure I was happy with the job. Dealing with insurance can be long and painful, but Armour Shield made the process easy. Would highly recommend!
I cannot say enough about my experience with Armor Shield for roofing and siding!nFrom the beginning, I was impressed with the professionalism, and communications. My roof was completed in one day (dumpster, removal of the old roof and installation new roof). Both the roofing and siding crews kept the work areas clean and were skilled in their services.nArmor Shield cared about the quality of work, and customer satisfaction! Highly recommend!!
This is the second time I have used Armor Shield. The first was for our grandmothers house and this time it was for my house. Both roof repairs went so smooth and the crew was great. They removed and replaced both roofs in one day, cleaned up everything and removed any additional material that same day. The office staff and salesman are great and kept me informed about everything before and after the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any roof repairs.
We had a tree fall on our house and Armorshield was fantastic! Dave was very helpful with understanding the Home insurance paperwork and how the process works. Rich and Jim were great to work with and the guys did a really nice job! Would absolutely recommend them for any exterior jobs you need.
This group was amazing from start to finish. They helped me with the insurance company- providing me with the CT laws around roof repair all the way to getting on the phone with the adjuster to hammer out the details of what was needed to complete this job correctly. The work day - they were so concerned with taking care of my property! Everything was covered/canvased so I didn't have to worry about any of it. They were done in 1 day, as promised - full rip of existing 2 layers, replace some plywood, ice & water barrier & new 30 yr shingles. Everything they moved was put back right in the place that it came from (deck furniture, plants, etc) & they cleaned up the grounds to a point that I couldn't tell they had been there. Finally, the dumpster was picked up the following day, exactly as promised. I think you're doing yourself a disservice if you use any other company out there for your roofing needs!
